3600ton aluminum extrusion press is ready! Welcome Indian customer Mr Taniqsh to visit Teyun！Mr Taniqsh has ordered our 3600t aluminum extrusion press whole about 5 months ago. Due to the COVID-19 before, Mr Taniqsh can not come to China to talk with us directly, but because of our professional plan, he finally choosed us and release the order to us. Now the 3600ton aluminum extrusion main press is almost finished, he came to Teyun to check his machine. We show the client around the factory including the producing process, the engineers' design ,the sale team and also the after-sale service, so that the client can have a good knowledge of our Teyun. Our engineer sale James introduced the cliet to our production line, explained to the client that we use state-of-the-art technology to ensure consistent and accurate dimensions of our profiles. At the same time we also explained the extrusion process, the different alloys we use, and the properties and advantages of our products. Then we showed the client our tooling department, where we create custom dies for specific profiles. There, Mr Taniqsh saw the precision required to create these molds and how we achieve high-quality results. Some of our dies are used to create complex profiles, which allow us to cater to a wide range of customer requirements. After the that, we tooke the client to our quality control department, where we have a well-equipped laboratory to check and test our extruded aluminum profiles. According to this visit, the client has learn about our stringent quality control measures, as we test our machine for strength, durability, and dimensional accuracy. Also the client talked with our sales team, who addressed the questions Mr Taniqsh has regarding our machines and services. Mr Taniqsh is very satified with this trip to our Teyun and our machine quality, he told us he is very looking forward with the final aluminum extrusion line to his factory!

Q43-250TON Alligator shear has finished, we have tested in our factory. TEYUN has the serious quality control, all the machines before loading, we will test in the factory and take the videos for our customers. TEYUN 160TON Horizontal Baler This 160ton horizontal baler is ordered by our Malaysia client and fastly deliveryed to the port in one month. As soon as our client saw this machine, the customer is so satified with the machine details including the colour, the painting, the whole design and so on. We believe that after using the this baler, the client will be more happier with the high quality of the machine. This time the client ordered the horizontal baler for baling the waste plastic bottles, in fact, the horizontal balers are widely used in the recycling industry, which can baling for the waste paper&cardboard, the used cloths, the sawdust and so on.

On 5th of July, TEYUN finshed the loading of the whole line of the casting line (1*40HQ and 1*20GP) for the Armenia client. Last year this client ordered the aluminum extrusion press line from TEYUN and are very satisfied with both the machines quality and the service of TEYUN. This time our engineers offer the professional designs and whole solution plans for client. Again, the client choose us Teyun is professionally in manufacturing the aluminum extrusion press including the associated machines(mold oven, the hot shear furance, the puller, the door aging furaance and so on), the casting line, the andozing line ect. This time is second time our customer order the container shears from us. And this order totally has 5 sets of the container shears. Now container shear machine is very popular in the foreign metal recycling industry, especially India, the Africa and many other countries.  This year we have produced many container shears and exported. We have 500ton, 630ton, 800ton, 1000ton and even more heavy duty container shears, 800ton container shear is especially the most popular type. The capacity can reach 15~20ton per hour can satify most metal recycling or steel plant requirements. The container is also called the box shear and compared with the gantry shear, it has small volume without the longer and bigger feeding box.
