TEYUN 800ton container shear delivery to Nepal After 2 months manufacturing time,  today Teyun is loading the 800ton conatiner shear to Nepal. The whole set 800ton container shear needs 1*40HQ(for the hydraulic system, feeding hooper and spare parts ect.) and 1*40FR( for the main part, over 33ton). This shipping plan can help our clinets to save some shipping cost to book the 40FR instead of the bulk ship(much more expensive). When loading, all the parts we will cover with thick poncho and PE film to protect the machine to ensure the clients will receive the container shear with good condition. This order is from our Nepal client, who owns several steel companies. Warmly welcome our Indian clients to TEYUN! This is the first time the clients came to TEYUN to visit the our factory, but we have been co-opetared for more than 3 years. We are so glad that we can have the face to face talking with the clients. About 3 years ago, we know each other and started the first time talking online, the clients sent our so many inquiries about the scrap metal shear and final relased our a order of 500ton container shear. Teyun Engineers went to Indonesia to install the 1100ton aluminum extrusion line Teyun sent 3 engineers to Indonesia to install the aluminum extrusion line, the whole installation took for about 15 days.  The auxiliary equipments installation took the 15 days and the aluminum extrusion main press only took the 5 days. Teyun engineers also trained the local workers and guided them how to opearate the machines. Including the shipping time, starts from the loading date to the whole line working in the customer's factory, it only took the 40 days. The customer is very satified with Teyun fast speed installation service. This is the first time the customer invest the 1100ton aluminum extrusion line, to help the customer has the quick knowlege of the equipents we offered the profeesional plans and quicly run the aluminum extrusion line for the client.
