Second 1100T aluminum extrusion whole line to the same customer in Indonesia. This is the second aluminum extrusion whole line of this Indonesia customer bought from Teyun, the first whole line from Teyun after installation is in May 2023. After 6 months running of Teyun aluminumn extrusion line, this client reorder from Teyun. The client told us Teyun aluminum extruder is ruuning in good condition and they are preciated that when installing the whole line, Teyun also assigned the engineers to their site to help them to train the wokers. So they make profit from this line in a very short time. They want to extend their business for the second production line, so no doubt, they choose Teyun again. In November 2023, the Indonesia client came and released the new order to Teyun but with very short delivery time. To suit the clinet's urgent order demand, Teyun deliveried the 1100T aluminum extrusion press line before the Chinese new year. Before delivery the machines to customers, Teyun will test and make the trial running in the factory to make sure the machines are in good quality and can run in good condition. Also Teyun will take vidoes of these testing and share them the with the operation vidoes, this makes the customers are very satified with Teyun before receiving the goods. Today Teyun tests two machines, one is the 160T horizontal baler and another one is the 800T gantry shear.   Test one: 160T fully automatic horizontal baler with conveyor This 160T horizontal baler is fully automatic with automatic strapping function is customized for the Saudi Arabia client. The client wants this baler for baling and recycling the waste cardboard. So Teyun bought the waste cardboard from the recycling centre to test baling the cardboard. During the test, we test the conveyor feeding function, the strapping function, baling function and ect. The out put of the cardboard bale is very tight and nice, also we shared all the vidoes for the client for reference who is verysatified with our baler and service. To be noticed for this cardboard baler, here are three light points we especially customized for this client: 1. Long conveyor belt(tell us your requirments we can customized the conveyor belt width and length);  2.Automatic strapping function(save the labor cost and time, also we have the semi-auto baler without the strapping function);  3. Cooling system: considering the high temperature of Saudi Arabia, we choose the ac chiller for the cooling system not the normal water cooling to increase the cooling speed and cooling effect.   Test two: 800T heavy duty gantry shear  This 800T heavy duty gantry shear is for our Indonesia customer who owns a big metal recycling centre. This 800T gantry shear with high production can cut the scrap metal for 12-16ton in one hour. To test this 800T gantry shear, we prepared many waste metal like waste steel pipe, metal bales, alloy iron and so one to feed them into the feeding box. For the gantry shear testing, we mainly focus the following points: 1.Cover open and close functions  2. Scrap metal cylinder pushing function  3. Metal cutting function 4. Side cylinders press function. During the testing process, this 800T gantry shearing machine can very easily cut the scrap metal into the piese and can cut two bales at the same time.

Teyun just finished the 4-days(6th~9th,DEC.) exhibition of manufacturing machinery-Expo,2023 in Jakarta, this is the third exhibition for Teyun to attend in this year. It’s a great honor for Teyun to meet so many new and common customers from Indonesia,Malaysia,Singapore and so on. In the past one month, Teyun has loaded 18 containers in total including the 10 pcs of 40HQ and 6 pcs of the 40FR, it's really a very hard task for Teyun to delivery so many goods at the same time. Fortunately, Teyun has a special department: shipping department, this department will be in charge of the whole process of the shipping from booking conatiners to the final clearing docs. This helps the customers to save much time and cost. So please don't worry about the shipping if you buy from TEYUN, our professional team will tell you: ①what kind of the containers you need?  ②How many pcs of the containers you need?  ③How much you need to pay for the shipping cost? ...... Let us to help you and you will be satisfied with our service. During the loading, our colleagues will take great care of the machines. First they will cover the balers/aluminum extrusion press with the FE film, the cylinder parts will separately packed and set into wooden box. Then they will send the machines into the container to fix with telescopic rope, if on the frame container, they will also cover the whole machines with thickened tunnel to prevent the sea water, finally they will fix them. They will also count all the parts before laoding and will offer the cuctomers with the detailed packing list, cutomers just need to check the list to find the parts with the remarks. Recently, we have delivered one set of the 800ton container shear to Inida, one set of the automatic horizontal baler to Saudi，two sets of the 160ton alligator shear to Indonesia and one 1450ton aluminum extrusion whole line( including the aluminum extrusion main press and Other auxiliary equipment) to Russia. These different types machines are not only difficult for shipping, but also very difficult for Teyun production. In the last 3 months, Teyun experienced worked worked very hard day and night, tried to produce the machines in the order time, and finally they made it.
