TEYUN 160TON Horizontal Baler This 160ton horizontal baler is ordered by our Malaysia client and fastly deliveryed to the port in one month. As soon as our client saw this machine, the customer is so satified with the machine details including the colour, the painting, the whole design and so on. This time the client ordered the horizontal baler for baling the waste plastic bottles, in fact, the horizontal balers are widely used in the recycling industry, which can baling for the waste paper&cardboard, the used cloths, the sawdust and so on.

On 5th of July, TEYUN finshed the loading of the whole line of the casting line (1*40HQ and 1*20GP) for the Armenia client. Last year this client ordered the aluminum extrusion press line from TEYUN and are very satisfied with both the machines quality and the service of TEYUN. This time our engineers offer the professional designs and whole solution plans for client. This time is second time our customer order the container shears from us. And this order totally has 5 sets of the container shears. Now container shear machine is very popular in the foreign metal recycling industry, especially India, the Africa and many other countries.  This year we have produced many container shears and exported. We have 500ton, 630ton, 800ton, 1000ton and even more heavy duty container shears, 800ton container shear is especially the most popular type. The capacity can reach 15~20ton per hour can satify most metal recycling or steel plant requirements. The container is also called the box shear and compared with the gantry shear, it has small volume without the longer and bigger feeding box. TEYUN Engineers Travel To Armenia For Aluminum Extrsuion Line Installation Our Armenia client ordered TEYUN extrusion press line and casting line at the end of 2021, and the whole line shipped to Armenia In July. To help the client install the whole line and familiar with the operation of machines，TEYUN sent 2 engineers to the help the customer. In fact in this special period，it is not easy for us to send the engineers to foreign countries, but we try our best and overcame the difficulities. Finally on 17th October, TEYUN engineers arrived in Armenia. Enginners will stay in Armenia for about 2 months not only to hellp install the machines  but also will train the local workers to operate the machines with skills.
