After one-month shipping, Teyun 1100T aluminum extrusion whole line arrived in India. As soon as the aluminum extrusion line placed, Teyun prepared the installation team to guide the customer to install this line. After one week's cooperation, the whole aluminum extrusion line successfully running. Normally for the aluminum extrusion project, after the goods arrived the customers' site, Teyun will arrange the professional intallation team including the mechanical and eletrical engineers to help the clients to install. But now Indian visa is a very big problem for us to apply, so we can not send the Chinese engineers to go! But this will not be a problem for the customers who have bought our machines, we have cooperated with the Indian team who can do the installation and after-service for Teyun customers. Another TEYUN TYP-750T Aluminum Extrusion Whole Line shipped to India!  This TYP-750T aluminum extrusion whole line is from our indian clinet who has ordered our totally two aluminum extrusion lines, one is the 750T and another is the 2200T. This time we delivery the first line of the 750T. For this 750T aluminum extrusion whole line we need four containers in total: 40HQ*1+20GP(aluminum extrusion main press ) and 40HQ*2 for the Auxiliary equipment.   One month later we will load the 2200T aluminum extrusion whole line to India for this client. Today we shipped this 1100ton(5inch) aluminum extrusion whole lineto Georgia, the aluminum extrusion line consists of the six parts: aluminum extrusion mian press and 5 sets of auxiliary equipment including the muti-billet heating furnace, cooling table,single puller, mold oven and aging furnace. Before shipment, the customer commissioned an agent to come to the factory to inspect the goods and filmed six machines for him. After checking the machine operation status in the video, the customer readily paid the balance.After comparing the prices of land and sea transportation, the customer chose to ship by truck and transport by land. Transported to the Horkousi Port on the border of our country. For this 5 inch aluminum extrusion line, normally need the 5 containers, 1*40FR(ALUMINUM EXTRUSION PRESS MIAN PART)+4*40HQ, we will arrange the suitable shipment for you. This is our first extrusion line in Georgia. We have another extrusion line also ordered by a Georgian customer and it is currently in production. Container shears have been one of the most popular hot sale products in Teyun, Until now, Teyun has won over 25 sets of container shear orders, especially the Model 800ton container shear.  Yesterday, we shipped the second 700T aluminum extrusion machine line ordered by our Algerian customer. Thank you for your continued choice and trust.After the machine was completed, we sent the customer a test video. The customer also promptly paid the balance and asked us to ship the machine as soon as possible. Now, our workers are installing another customer's extrusion line in Algeria. In the past busy July, Teyun met several groups of visitors from many countries. They are from Uganda，Australia, Russia, India, Kazakhstan, Argentina, United States, Ethiopia and ect. It's really a great a hornor for Teyun to know so many new friends. Some clients came to Teyun for the aluminum extrusion line, they brought their alimunum profiles samples and search for the solution plans. We shown the customers our local clients' site, to let them know more about the working process and the running production line. Then we also organized the technical meeting for the customers to talk and discuss the detailed parameters. Especially our Argentina clients, they are very statisfied with what they saw in Teyun, and relased the order: 2lines of the 1100T aluminum extrusion line. We are very grateful for the recognition of our customers and will offer the high quqlity products to all the customers.
