Today we have successfully loaded a aluminium cans recycling machine line, these machine will ship to Armenia. Normally the shredder production line consist of the following parts: pre-shredder, shredder, hammer mill, magnet, eddy current, middle feeding box, decorating furnace. dust remover system.  Pre-shredder and shredder are used to tear aluminum cans, hammer mill is used to completely crush aluminum cans, magnet is used to screen out iron, eddy current is used to screen copper and other metals, and decoration furnace is used to remove paint from aluminum cans. This week we finally shipped the 2200T aluminum extrusion line to Saudi Arabia.This machine was ordered by a customer from us two years ago and was completed last year. However, due to various reasons, it has not been shipped from the factory. It is estimated that the sea transportation will take several months. After the machine arrives in Saudi Arabia, we will send engineers to install it. Customers from Saudi Arabia and neighboring countries who are interested in our machines are welcome to visit us. We support customizing the extruder you need. The largest extruder we have ever made is 5000T. Today we have successfully loaded two more aluminum extrusion. One is the 1,100ton(5 inch) aluminum extrusion line which is ordered by our Georgia customer, and this is the second aluminum extrusion line for him to buy from Teyun. The second one is a 700ton(4 INCH) aluminum extrusion whole line , it will be shipped to Austria, an EU country. Many EU customers are concerned about one question: Do you have a CE certificate? Yes, we have the CE certificates and reports about the aluminum extrusion lines, you don't b need worried about the EU entry permit issues。 Normally the whole aluminum extrusion lines consist of the following parts: aluminum extrusion main press(the most important part) and 5 sets of auxiliary equipment including the muti-billet heating furnace, cooling table, single puller(or double puller), mold oven and aging furnace.    For this 5 inch(1100ton) aluminum extrusion line, normally need the 5 containers, 1*40FR(ALUMINUM EXTRUSION PRESS MAIN PART)+4*40HQ; For the 4inch(700ton) aluminum extrusion line it needs 4*40HQ+1*20GP. For the shipment, we will also offer you the suitable plan. Next week, we will load the 2200ton aluminum extrusion whole line to Algeria. During last exhibition, we met lots of new and common customers, we discussed the technical parameters, the commerical parts and deep cooperation ect. The 30th Russian International Metallurgical Industry Exhibition (Metal-Expo) in 2024 is the largest and most authoritative exhibition in the metallurgical industry in Russia and even in Eastern Europe. Durring the exhibition,Teyun attracted lots of new and common customers come and visit, we showed our hot sale products like gantry shear,  metal baler, horizontal baler and so on to the customers, talked with the professional offers, with and establish cooperative relationships. After one week of installation, the heavy duty 1000T gantry shear finally installed successfully and running under the guide of Teyun engineer in Armenia. This heavy duty 1000T gantry shear is customized for our Armenia customer becuase of the high and strict requirements for the shear, and after 5 months producing and 1 month sea shipping, the 1000T gantry shear arrived at the customer's site. As soon as the gantry shear arrived, Teyun assigned the engineer to help our customer to install and guide.With the cooperation of customers and workers, our engineers guided and completed the installation of the gantry shears within one week.
