On Friday, our company was fortunate to welcome a group of Myanmar customers who made a special trip to visit our extrusion machines factory and had in-depth exchanges on cooperation matters. The purpose of this visit is to enhance mutual understanding and jointly develop long-term cooperation. As an industry-leading extrusion machines manufacturer and supplier, our company has been committed to providing high-quality, high-efficiency extrusion solutions.  These Myanmar customers wanted to buy an extrusion machine to make aluminum wire. Customers have seen the manufacturing process of the Teyun extrusion machine,as well as the quality and brand of the materials,motors and oil pumps we use. We took customers to visit local customers' factories and witnessed how Teyun's machines operate and how aluminum products are manufactured. We provided a solution. The customer appreciated our solution and signed a contract on site.

Last week, Teyun attended the N-expo 2024 in Tokyo and won a great success! The N-expo 2024 is a very professional exhibition for the recycing theme which is held every year.  And this is the first time for Teyun to attend the exhibition in Japan, during the exhibition time, Teyun booth attracted many customers, they showed great interests in Teyun metal baler, gantry shear, alligator shear, car baler and so on. Accoding to this exhibition, Teyun met a lot of customers, we talked about the professional parameters, showed our design and manufacture ability, and reached preliminary cooperation intention with some customers. The most surprising thing is that we met one of our customer who cooperated with us since ten years ago, it's the exhibition offered both of us to meet for the first time. At the end of 2023, after many days of hard work and negotiations, we finally reached trust and cooperation with customers in India. He placed an order for a 1100-ton extrusion press production line from our factory Recently, after so many months of production. This 1,100-ton extrusion line has finally completed production and testing.Before shipment, the customer wanted to visit our factory, inspect and trial run the aluminum extruder on site. After the guests arrived atTeyun factory, we accompanied them to check and test the 1100ton aluminum extrusion press line which they ordered before. Teyun also operated this aluminum extruder to show the customers the machines' working process which are in good condition and ready to ship. The customers wear very satisfied and paid the balance on the spot. In addition, we also show many other aluminum extrusion presses which are under production or ready to ship to the customers, such as the 2200ton aluminum extrusion line from Egyptian customers, the 700ton copper extruder from France, 1450ton aluminum extrusion press to India and so on. A few months ago,a customer in the Netherlands ordered a lithium battery shredder from us. At the beginning of 2023, an Indonesian customer ordered a 1,100-ton extrusion press line and powder coating line from us. We completed production in May and shipped this extrusion line to Indonesia. In early June, with the work of four engineers sent by Teyun, the installation of this extrusion line was completed. On the basis of good cooperation and through our efforts, after using our machines and recognizing the quality of the machines, the customer ordered another 1,100-ton extrusion line from us at the end of 2023.After several months of production and shipping, we sent engineers to Indonesia at the end of February to install the second extrusion line. Thanks to the efforts of engineers, the second extrusion line was finally installed at the end of April. Today we will be loading and shipping three tire vertical baler machine to our German customers.These three units were ordered by three people from Germany.Tire recycling balers are a popular machine in Germany.For some degree of wear, damage to the lower degree of waste tires for secondary processing, processing can be made into new retreaded tires for use. After recycling, most of the used tires can be used to make rubber granules or rubber powder, which are insignificant but can improve asphalt and can also be used as raw materials for waterproofing articles. Today we are loading the 800T gantry shear for our Australia client. This 800T heavy duty gantry shear is a very big and overweight machine, so it is a little difficult for Teyun to load. The 800T gantry shear total weight is 113T, so we can not load the gantry shear in the normal containers, we choose the bulk ship for delivery. Before loading, Teyun tested the gantry shear for running to ensure every function before sending to customers are in good condition. Becuase of overweight, the gantry shear is divided into four parts on the bulk ship, to protect every parts from the water, Teyun covered the parts with the thick tarpaulins， the customers don't need to worry about it.
