The aluminum extrusion line is the whole line which can produce the aluminum profiles, and the most important main part  is the aluminum extrusion press. The aluminum extrusion press is a hydraulic, horizontal, single-acting, positive pre-stressed press. It can be switched automatically and manually. It is suitable for extruding aluminum alloy profiles .We have diffrent types of the aluminum extrusion press machine, the 350ton, 550ton, 700ton, 850ton, 1100ton, 1250ton, 1650ton ect. aslo even the 5000ton. The 1100ton aluminum extrusion press is the most popular type in TEYUN, because the 1100ton main press normal can suit the most ptoduction requirements. Our foreign customers usually start their aluminum profiles investment from the 1100ton type to produce the the door and window profiles. Also for the smaller profiles producing, you can choose the smaller type like the 550ton or the 700ton.
