Cardboard horizontal baler

Horizontal baer machines are applied for baling & automatic strapping of waste paper(cardboard,carton, OCC,newspaper), waste plastic(file,crate, PET bottle), straw, etc.

Teyun horizontal baler machines have two kinds, one is the automatic horizontal baler and the another one is the semi-automatic baler.

Q15 Sheet metal shearing machine is smaller than the  Q91 scrap metal shearing machine. The Q15 sheet metal cuuting machine is used for shearing the non-ferrous metals, plate, copper and so on in the metal recycling process.

Q90 hydraulic scrap metal shearing machine is widely used in the metal recycling process, it can cut the waste metal into pieces so that easy to pack and transport or sell. The Q90 scrap metal shear is large than the aliigator shear and has more working force.

Waste metal cutting machine for recycling The super alligator shear is also well known as the name of Tiger shear, which is mainly used in the waste metal recycling industry. The waste metal shearing machine cut the thin metal which is in the lager size or long lenth into the customized size. This cutting process can save the scrap metal storage space and the transports cost. The super alligator shear makes the metal recycling more easier. Tiger shears are suitable for scrap steel cutting, and have the advantages of large cutting opening and large blade length. There are three methods of chain plate transmission, hydraulic motor transmission, and cylinder push feeding. At the same time, the shearing speed is fast, which can reach 8~12 times per minute. Q91 Metal shearing machine is also called gantry shearing machine in China. The Q91 metal shearing machine is a heavy duty machine which is different from the Q15 sheet metal shearing machine. The Q91 is usually used for cuuting the waste steel with high efficiency.
