1.Determine on Your Needs

Baling Material Type

Waste paper (cardboard, newspapers, books, etc.), plastic film, textiles, etc. Different material densities and properties influence equipment selection.

Production Requirements

Select the appropriate pressure (50-200 tons) and bale size based on the average daily processing volume (tons/day).

Degree of Automation

Manual (low-cost, suitable for small-scale operations), semi-automatic (manual feeding + automatic compression), fully automatic (conveyor belt + PLC control).

2. Quality of Key Components

Hydraulic System

Preferably select well-known brands. Check the cylinder seal and the pump station's pressure resistance (≥25 MPa).

Frame Structure

Steel plate thickness ≥16 mm. Welding must be crack-free to ensure long-term pressure resistance and deformation.

Control Module

Siemens/Mitsubishi PLC are recommended. The touchscreen interface must have a fault self-diagnosis function.

3. Safety and Environmental Protection

Safety measures: Emergency stop button, photoelectric protection device, and pressure overload protection.

Noise Control: Operating noise ≤ 75 decibels (soundproofing design required).

Oil line sealing: Prevents hydraulic oil leakage.
